Whether you wish to reduce weight, cut fat, build strength, stamina, flexibility or simply feel energetic the whole day, I have got you covered.

I’ve been training an effective routine.

The training is a combination of cardio with HIIT, bodyweight exercises and yoga in fresh air. This is not a regular gym training or cardio, aerobics class. This is a goal oriented training just like a personal trainer where I track your progress.

What does the training really include?

The training includes wake up calls, personalised workout routine – 6 days/week and tracking. It has fitness tests to measure your vitals with strength, endurance and flexibility. The training is equipped with Energy drink, Yoga mats and tracking bands.

I’ve conciously kept the batch size small.

Since the training is very personalised, I take only 3-4 people in a batch so that I can pay enough attention to each. So do confirm the slot before you make plans.

So basically I work upon Strength, Stamina, Flexibility and Energy which in turn gives you many side benefits like on your weight and belly.

Spending money on fitness is an Investment with huge returns. If your working capacity is increased by even 1 hour per day it can yeild you a minimum of 5000 bucks per month depending upon your hour’s value. Still curious?

Saket Malik is a CPD Certified Fitness Trainer, a sports person and an entrepreneur. More important than any of this, he is a life enthusiast as he gets involved in almost everything from dance, cinema to vast cosmos. He, with his team runs a software development company Metazone Technologies Pvt Ltd which he has built from scratch. Just like his mentor and currently business partner Neeraj Sharma, he is essentially very passionate about inspiring people to be the maker of their own. He says that to get  a mentor like his own at the right time of his life was the key reason he is living his life on his own terms now.

Having set up his own business at this young age, Saket realizes how lack of self-awareness and no source of guidance has lead the youth into careers they never wished to pursue. With his experience, self-development tools and techniques he is all into helping one realize the true passion one has and to get one motivated to take actions towards one’s dreams which have been long foregone due to one reason or the other.
