The importance and need of fitness and exercise in human life cannot be emphasised enough. But, today, due to work and many other reasons, people have stopped paying attention to fitness.

Most of you often confuse fitness with weight loss. In reality, weight loss is only a tiny aspect of fitness. Fitness is about owning yourself – your mind and soul. It is about taking back control of your body. It is about feeling powerful by practising self-control.

Get up early so you have enough time to give to yourself and analyse the needs of your mind and body. Today, office jobs have transformed the lives of people and they are hardly able to take out any time for themselves. You set your morning alarm ensuring that you wake up in time for your office and not your body. So, do not wake up as per your office schedule. Instead, wake up ahead of your schedule to exercise every morning. Morning exercise is the best!

3. Find an exercise partner or a gym companion who is more passionate than you are
When you would have a companion who is more passionate about staying fit than you are, you would always look up to him or her and never stop loving your body. This will help you stay happier and dedicated along your journey and you would never feel like giving up on your goals.

In this way, you will know where you stand and how hard you need to work. In addition to this, a partner will always guide you for your good which will keep you on track. This will help you make sure that your schedule suits your body and fitness goals.

Adjust your schedule, not your workout. Remember, you must make time for yourself, your body and your mind. You will never be able to enjoy your time on earth enough if you are not fit and healthy. So, keep challenging yourself along your fitness journey. In this way, you will always have new, interesting exercises to do and challenges to accomplish. You will gradually start to love your fitness journey and would never want to fall out of it.
At the end, I would say, be patient, dedicated and consistent along you journey. These are the most important qualities for a successful body transformation. You must know that fitness journey is not a sprint but a marathon. So, always be consistent.
